Thank you for choosing YesMoto for your scooter or motorcycle rental. Below you will find the official cancellation and refund policy:
1. Cancellation by the customer
– If the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the rental date, 100% of the amount will be refunded.
– If the cancellation is made 2 to 6 days before, 50% of the amount is refunded.
– If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before, no refund will be given.
2. No-Show (No-Show)
In case the customer does not show up on the scheduled date and time, the reservation is automatically cancelled and no refund will be given.
3. Cancellation by YesMoto
If for any reason we need to cancel your booking (e.g. technical problem, weather conditions, insurance), we will refund 100% of the amount or offer you an alternative date.
4. Early return of the vehicle
In the event of returning the vehicle before the agreed date/time, no refund is provided for the remaining days, unless otherwise agreed.
