The use of the website and rental services through YesMoto – Rent Scooters & Moto is governed by the following terms. Please read carefully before making a reservation.
1. Rental conditions
– The customer must be over 18 years old and have a valid driving license for the type of vehicle they wish to rent.
– If the license is not presented upon pickup of the vehicle, the reservation will be canceled without refund.
2. Customer obligations
– The customer is responsible for the condition of the vehicle throughout the rental period.
– He must return the vehicle in the same condition as when he received it, with the agreed fuel.
– It is prohibited to use the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances.
3. Prices and payments
– Prices include VAT and basic insurance, unless otherwise stated.
– Full payment is required before or upon delivery of the vehicle.
– YesMoto reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
4. Safety and damages
– All vehicles are covered by basic third party insurance.
– The customer is responsible for any damage caused by his own fault, negligence or illegal use.
– Additional insurance coverage is available for a fee.
5. Cancellations and changes
– The cancellation policy is described in detail in the section “[Cancellation & Refund Policy]“.
– Any changes to the reservation are subject to availability.
6. Company liability
– YesMoto is not responsible for delays, accidents or losses resulting from misuse or external factors (weather, traffic, etc.).
– In case of a technical problem, we offer a vehicle replacement or refund.
7. Privacy
– The personal data you enter during the reservation is used exclusively to complete the rental and is not shared with third parties.
– The website complies with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
8. Acceptance of Terms
By using the website and completing a reservation, the customer unconditionally accepts these terms of use.
